Like many ambitious Filipino professionals embarking on new chapters in their lives and embracing fresh opportunities in foreign lands, Nanette Belista navigated her way through the corporate landscape with resilience and determination. Armed with a wealth of experiences and inner strength garnered over the years, she took a leap of faith from her corporate role to pursue what she fondly refers to as her “startup dream come true.”

Being a Filipino-Australian citizen and a seasoned Industrial Engineer, Nanette’s credentials spoke volumes of her capabilities. Coupled with her entrepreneurial flair and a full Real Estate Agent license, she embarked on a journey fueled by passion and ambition. With 24 fruitful years in Supply Chain/Procurement under her belt, she bid farewell to a prestigious global corporation in Australia, where she served as Procurement Lead, to chase her aspirations in the Real Estate realm.

With unwavering focus and determination, Nanette charted her course, starting her venture in July 2020 as an Independent Referrer/Marketing Business Partner with Quarter Acre. Leveraging her extensive network in the Health Industry, including her role as the Australian & New Zealand Ambassador of the American Anti-Cancer Institute and Independent Distributor of Enagic Kangen Water, she swiftly expanded her reach.

Drawing upon her corporate connections, which spanned approximately 1000 suppliers and dealerships, Nanette proved herself to be a skilled networker, effortlessly building her empire within the business landscape. In due course, she formalized her enterprise, establishing APIC as a family-owned Investor Group & Property Management, marking yet another milestone in her illustrious journey.
